Many of you know that I prefer to run a strong “grass roots” campaign in my re-election efforts.  I rely on you to help spread the word.  I do my best to be financially responsible while running an efficient and effective campaign. In past elections, I have always spent less than other candidates as I try to use campaign funds judiciously.

NOVEMBER 9.  Ballots are still being counted!  The next update will be at 4:30 pm, November 13.  The early returns continue to look very promising.  While we can debate the meaning of running a “grass roots” campaign, I was the only candidate in the Belmont City Council election to have spent less than $10,000.  Spending less and relying on those who supported me to help in my bid for re-election are examples of what grass roots has meant in my campaign.  It has also been wonderful to have the chance to meet so many of you during the past few months.  To all my supporters, thank you for your generous donations of time and effort to help get the word out.  By getting involved you are making an enormous difference.  Working together, we will make Belmont an even better place to live, learn, work, and play!

We will soon be shutting down our campaign committee.  There is still time to support Warren’s re-election campaign with a financial contribution to help pay for the additional expenses we will incur as well as to help pay back the loans that were made to the committee.  If you would like to do that, please send a check to:
